ISHKOM LTD The ISHKOM Construction Company, part of MEGA Holding, is one of the youngest companies in the holding, being opened in August, 2005. Despite its relatively short period of activity, the company brings magnificent projects skillfully to completion. Following the State Programme on the socio-economic development of the regions, ISHKOM is currently engaged upon the construction of the elite residential complex Ganja-BUTA, across a site of 12 hectares.
The complex includes 89 houses of three types: economy class, premium class and deluxe class, from 190 square metres up to 290 square metres, with attached land of between 1000 and 2000 square metres, as well as an Administrative centre. Competent management and its ability to correctly select targets and priorities allows the company to fulfill completely its obligations to partners and clients. Having its own construction capacity, technical base and trained staff, the ISHKOM Construction Company is capable of resolving any issue of town planning. The company’s operations take in every stage of construction: starting from pre-project planning, to construction, finalization (including complete turnkey finishing), sales and following up any problems arising later. The company’s experts control the quality and the application of all technological norms at every stage of construction, from site preparation to finalizing the work.
The main aim of the company is to constantly increase the number of quality residential houses it constructs to modern norms and to satisfy the demand of potential buyers.
