Major overhaul of the Confederation of Trade Unions Building completed
This building, located at the very heart of Baku, near the Old City Walls and the Gosha Gala (Double Gates), is the carte-de-visite of downtown Baku. Naturally, the refurbishment of this historic building required a special approach.

MEGA Holding formed the YENI INSHAAT construction company in 2004 to continue its tradition of bringing highly specialised constructions to the market. YENI INSHAAT covers the whole spectrum of work on site, supported by research, topographic video equipment, computers and programmes. This includes a construction plan, sketches, cutting schemes, conducting static research, preparing plans for roads and canalization, constructing mechanical and electrical junctions, preparing project construction documents etc. The company always endeavours to mitigate the risks to the environment and the risks to the health of its personnel of its projects and to improve overall security. The basis of our achievement is our team of engineers, supervisors and craftsmen who fulfil their duties with quality and who have expert experience, our complement of staff who use their knowledge and abilities to accomplish the project and close cooperation with the local state and financial institutions.
