General description

Following the State Programme for the Socio-Economic Development of the Regions of Azerbaijan adopted by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, MEGA Holding does not limit the geographical range of its activity to Baku. The holding also makes a major contribution to the development of the infrastructure of Azerbaijan’s second city - Ganja.
Thus, in January 2006, through the efforts of the INTEKS Company, which is part of the holding, a residential house was constructed at the junction of Michurin and Ataturk streets and brought into use.
This is one of the first high-rise buildings in Ganja. Located in the centre of the city, the house is reminiscent of a “villa” surrounded by a “green belt” which creates a pleasant ecological environment.
