Building up the area will be fulfilled in the form of a 4-section building with different heights (up to 17 floors).The boiler and the transformer substation will be placed here from the ground-based constructions, except for the house, fitness and spa center. Half of the underground engineering constructions have been placed in the surrounding area. Four playgrounds with slides for children and carousels, as well as the green ring with benches around the decorative pool with fountains have been envisaged here for relaxation and fun.
