The complex provides all of the necessary modern conditions, as it is required by the city-planning traditions of the holding.
For these purposes, the project envisages an autonomous power substation, boiler for the internal heating, and hot water supply to the apartments, the emergency generator that guarantees uninterrupted electricity supply to apartments and equipment. Personal and property safety is provided thanks to the security of the whole complex by the application of video surveillance cameras. Life in a relatively small city seems to be interactive thanks to the installed cable TV and high-speed Internet connection.
