The tenants have at their service office accommodations and an open technical park on which there is a health care center along with a swimming pool, cafe, stores, and laundry. There are safe high-speed elevators that go to any floor of the complex within several seconds and a spacious underground garage. The autonomous substation, boiler-house, and water reservoir have also been envisaged on location at the complex: an emergency generator that supplies the housing accommodation with electricity is installed. The complex is supplied with Cable TV and high-speed Internet access. The gym, sauna, and bathhouse have been included in the complex so tenants with various routines and needs can perfectly spend their time here without ever needing to leave the building.
