Having set out in 1999 as a small construction firm, "Inshaatchi", the company very quickly earned the trust of its clients and partners and grew into the great MEGA Holding which currently holds the leading position in the Azerbaijani market.

The name "Inshaatchi" - constructor - became a symbol of the future of the holding. Today, the holding includes 10 companies, engaged in construction and related services - the sale and delivery of construction equipment, production and processing of asphalt, highway repair, the development of architectural solutions, interior design, concrete production etc. The consolidation of these affiliated companies facilitates the pursuit of a coherent business policy, leading, as a result, to increased economic efficiency.

Construction is not just a sphere of business for us; it is our lifestyle and way of thinking. We mean that level of thinking at which simple construction develops into CREATIVITY.

In the beginning, the holding company's main specialisation was investment in the construction of middle range housing. Today we successfully build complexes of "Premium" and "Deluxe" class in the best areas of the city and we develop projects which are admired not only in our country, but also abroad. Those projects are so original they would adorn any megapolis in the world.

Throughout our years of activity we have promoted ourselves as a stable holding company which conducts its business with strict adherence to criteria of reliability, modern standards of quality and responsibility towards society, its clients and partners. We build in accordance with the demands of the day, understanding how Baku should look today and taking account of the particularity, landscape and the local colour of our city.

The company has generated many different projects - unique residential complexes, business-centres and Olympic complexes, not only in Baku, but also in many regions of Azerbaijan. Over 400 thousand square metres!!! And these are not simply figures - the lives of hundreds of thousands of people, the welfare of families and success in business stand behind them.
