Ganja-BUTA
Cottage Сomplex
Architecture and planning

Taking a birds-eye view of the complex feels like being carried away into an eastern legend, full of fairy-tale heroes, marvellous flowers and extraordinary houses. In fact, these cosy cottages do look like as if they are from a magical fairy-tale. The flowers and plants of rare and wonderful species, with extraordinarily bright colours, have been brought from abroad. When it comes to the heroes of this fairy-tale - BUTA is awaiting its owners.
The complex includes 89 houses of three types: economy class, premium class and deluxe class, occupying between 190 and 290 square metres with detached land of between 1000 and 2000 square metres. All the houses are designed in the original architectural style of Ganja and blend harmoniously with the local landscape. Modern materials, with excellent qualities of heat and sound insulation are used in their construction. The exterior walls are destined to be covered with white aglai stone and the doors, windows and balconies will be of high-quality wood.
The administrative centre deserves attention. This circular building in modern style suits the surrounding landscape perfectly.
