A new 5-star, high-rise complex, the EDELWEISS Residence for VIPs is now being built in Baku.
INTEKS Company, part of MEGA Holding, has begun the construction of one of its magnificent projects - the EDELWEISS Residence.
The new 5-star, high-rise complex is being built not far from the Sea Port at 16 M. Mehtizadeh Street. It is in the centre of the city and is, at the same time, a quiet, ecologically sound area on the seashore. The building, in modern style, recalls the waves in its architecture and colour scheme and blends perfectly into the surrounding landscape.
The EDELWEISS Residence comprises 3 buildings - a 43-storey Business Centre and two, 36-storey residential blocks. These 5-star elite homes may be assigned to only 200 families.
The EDELWEISS Residence is a residence for the elite. There is absolutely EVERYTHING within the grounds of the complex - a private kindergarten, boutiques, restaurants, beauty salons, fitness clubs, an autonomous substation etc.
The security system has been given special attention. The latest system of security and control has been installed. The video monitoring system will operate day-and-night and one can enter the buildings, underground garage and other facilities only by security card.
For the first time in Azerbaijan a built-in dust control system will be installed. The innovative garbage disposal system and Smart House system will allow control of lighting, climate-control and video monitoring from any point in the apartment.
