His organizational skills and rich experience in the sphere of personnel management enabled him to start a business in 2002. Ruslan Mammadov has been the president of the Holding since 2004. The main highways in Ganja, such as Shaddadilar, Mir Jalal Pashayev, Bakhtiyar Aliyev, Uzeyir Hajibeyov, Zulfi Hajiyev, Shahlar Husseinov, Ozan, Dede Gorgud and many other are being reconstructed by the Holding.
